Addlestone Canoe Club

Pool Sessions

What are they?

Pool sessions are an opportunity for you to practise key skills in a sheltered and, most importantly, warm environment. Our coaches will be there to assist you with learning how to:

- Capsize and exit the boat safely
- Roll
- Rescue other paddlers in difficulty
- Self-rescue yourself from the water

These skills are essential for anyone whitewater kayaking, and are very useful for all other disciplines.

I Want To Join In!
