Here you will find all the documents and information you need in relation to the club. Once you have filled out a form, please ensure to hand it into one of the committee members at the club. Payments for membership can be made through either bank transfer, or by cheque - please speak to Alison for more details.

Parental Consent Form
All under 18s must complete and return this Parental Consent Form, along with the application form.
Medical Conditions / Disability Information form
If you have any medical conditions or a disability that you feel the club should be aware of, please complete the form below – and be sure to advise the coach or trip leader before commencing any canoe activity.
Coach Information Form
If you are interested in being a helper at the club, either as a full coach or an assistant, please also fill out this simple Coach Information Form and return it with your other paperwork.

Introductory Course Booking Form
Fill this out and bring it along to the club, or email it to us in order to book your place on one of our introductory courses. You can either visit the Courses page, or email us to find out more information.
Trip Interest Form
If you'd like to come on one of our weekend trips, then please fill out this form and hand it to a committee member, or the trip organiser. For more information on our weekend away trips, please see here.
